At Hidden Chapters, every order is hand-wrapped and intentionally curated just for you. Because of this processing times may vary slightly.

📚 3-7 business days before shipping

Shipping Method:

We currently ship through USPS.

Shipping Time:

3-10 business days with the United States. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking (when available).

✨ Order Customization
Every blind date book bundle/box is customized based on your preferences. This means processing may take the full 7 business days during busy seasons or holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each order is personalized, curated based on your quiz answers and hand-wrapped we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged, missing an item, or incorrect please email us within 7 days of delivery at: hiddenchapters_1@yahoo.com 

Include order number, photo of the issue, and your name.

We will make it right. 💛

Holiday Shipping

Holiday processing times may increase due to volume. We recommend ordering early for guaranteed arrival.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors
  2.  Check mailbox/porch/parcel lockers
  3. Wait 48 hours (many scans update late) 
  4. We are not responsible for shipping delays, stolen mail, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout 

If it still has not shown up after that time, contact us. We will do our best to help locate it.

Refund Policy 

Refunds will only be issued if an item arrives damaged, the wrong item was shipped, or a package is lost in transit and confirmed missing by carrier. 
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once approved.
