We guarantee that:

• your book will match the general preferences you select
• your box will be thoughtfully curated
• your items will be packaged with care

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, we likely have begun customizing your order and cannot cancel.

Mystery Items

Blind date books are a surprise experience. We cannot guarantee:

• specific titles
• authors
• formats
• tropes not selected in the quiz

However, we always avoid major themes you request us to avoid when noted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because of their mystery and customization, the following are non-returnable:

• blind date books
• blind date boxes
• seasonal/holiday boxes and bundles
• custom orders

Damaged or Wrong Products 

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, we will:

✔️ replace the item OR

✔️ issue store credit 

based on the situation. We may request photos for claim purposes.
